When To Tweet on Twitter

The traffic on Twitter is twice as fast as on any other social media platform. That being said knowing when to tweet and when not to tweet will help you reach your target audience. The best times to tweet are between 1 pm and 3 pm  as traffic builds after 11 am and starts to fade at 3 pm. Peak days to tweet are Monday through Thursday between 9 am – 3 pm. The worst times to tweet are everyday after 8 pm and Fridays after 3 pm. A good amount of tweeting/re-tweeting on Twitter is 3-5 times a day.  Since you want to get your tweets in front of as many followers as possible,  don’t be afraid to tweet the same content at different times within the same day as different people will see your tweets at different times.

Here are some more interesting facts about Twitter.
